I have been exposed to large events like the Changi Airline Awards ceremony in which we observed the growth and development of the airline industry. The working environment in CAG is great and I have enjoyed the daily adventure to various restaurants which offer a large variety of international cuisine. The project-based internship program has been compact and well-organized. The final presentation to the upper management was so exciting. I simply love the experience in CAG in that mere 10 weeks."

My internship experience has been nothing short of rewarding. It is indeed a company that values talents and its people, and is very willing to let interns be exposed to as many things as possible. Personally, my exposure on the job has been very meaningful as my supervisor always challenges my boundaries while guiding me closely such that the learning process was vigorous yet manageable. Changi Airport Group (CAG) has amazed me with how much exposure and enrichment they have managed to provide me within this short span of ten weeks. As an Airport Emergency Services (AES) intern, I was exposed to the operations of the different stations and units, facilitating my understanding of how policies made by management profoundly affects operations. The project based approach of this internship and frequent feedback sessions with HR ensures that I am meaningfully engaged for the whole duration of the internship. Our supervisors constantly challenge us and enrich our understanding of the organization. All in all, the internship has ultimately been fruitful and fulfilling and has definitely made CAG my first choice for future employment."

The last 10 weeks at CAG has given me an invaluable insight into airport management, a truly dynamic and exciting business. I had the opportunity to undertake a dedicated project from start to end and present my ideas to senior management. It is fulfilling knowing that my contributions will help improve the experience of our passengers and continue to make Changi Airport the best airport in the world. During the course of my internship I was also able to interact with colleagues from different divisions. This enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the different facets of airport management.
