Before beginning my current role at Airport Operations, I got my taste of working in CAG through 3 attachments during my academic term. These valuable experiences gave me in-sights into Airport Operations, Retail management in the airport and airhub strategy development aspects of Changi Airport before I started work. Through these hands-on attachments, I got a better understanding of aviation trends and had the opportunity to contribute in the passenger traffic analysis of low-cost carriers and full-service carriers."

Cliché as it might sound, I’ve always found Changi Airport to be an iconic symbol of Singapore. I wanted to contribute to its continued stay at the top. I was seconded to Changi Airport International, a subsidiary of CAG, to participate in the first two years of a six-year operations and management project in a Saudi Arabian airport. The whole experience really helped me mature and grow as a person as I learnt to cope and overcome obstacles in a different country and culture."
